When Taylor Swift <\/a>fans claim the singer saves lives, they can back it up with science.<\/p>\n

According to The American Heart Association (AHA), Swift\u2019s 2019 hit, “The Man,”<\/a> has just the right tempo to perform CPR to.<\/p>\n

“The Man” clocks in at 110 beats per minute, which the AHA cites as the right pace to perform chest compressions.<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post, the organization urges people to “Be The Man” and take action if someone collapses.<\/p>\n

“If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911, then push hard and fast in the center of the chest. A song with 100-120 beats per minute \u2013 like Taylor Swift\u2019s “The Man” \u2013 can help you keep the right rhythm,” the caption said.<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s song joins the ranks of other popular hits that fall in the 100-120 beats per minute range, including “Stayin\u2019 Alive” by the Bee Gees,<\/a> “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce, and “Dancing Queen” by ABBA.<\/p>\n

In multiple fan recorded videos, Swift said, “I\u2019ve just never been this happy in my life, in all aspects of my life ever before. And I just want to thank you for being a part of that.”<\/p>\n

Swift has been rumored to have recently started dating British singer Matt Healy,<\/a> not long after ending her six-year relationship with actor Joe Alwyn. <\/p>\n

Although Swift\u2019s representatives did not respond to Fox News Digital\u2019s request for comment when the story broke earlier this month, Healy\u2019s team said they had “nothing to add.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
