(NASDAQ:CLWR) (Closed: $3.38, Up by 3.05%) , who have formed an alliance to demand Sprint to increase its $2.97 \u2013 a – share bid to take over Clearwire Corp. (NASDAQ:CLWR). The alliance includes Chesapeake Partners Management Co, Glenview Capital Management LLC and High side Capital Management LP among others headed by Mount Kellett Capital Management LP. The group which holds 18.2% of shares in Clearwire Corp. (NASDAQ:CLWR) are concerned that the bid offered by Sprint Nextel Corp.
