She will be the chief of the Global dealers and the consumer experience team according to the official statement of the company. She will be second in command to the company\u2019s Global marketing head, Jim Farley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Following the CEO Alan Mulally\u2019s strategy the company is maintaining a close focus on creating a customer experience exceeding their expectations. The company disclosed last week that it will be investing as much as $750,000 to refurbish the dealers\u2019 stores and showrooms. It has also launched a concierge service for the car shoppers and a test drive scheme that gives away dinner treat to any potential buyers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elena, 46 is the cousin sister of Bill Ford the current Executive chairman of the company. This is the first time that anyone from within the family of the company\u2019s founder has been appointed as a Vice President since 1994 when Bill Ford took charge the head of the Commercial truck division. After that he also remained the CEO of the company between 2001 and 2006. Mulally took over after he vacated the office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ford family owns 70.9 million Class-B shares of the automobile company.
