Schwartz is appointed as the chief financial officer of Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS) yesterday. It is estimated that Mr. Schwartz owns stocks and options worth $75 million in the bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Schwartz owns 175,493 shares of Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE:GS), at present per share stands for $150 it is 1.38% up at closing. He also owns 171,419 restricted stock units; these all details were obtained on account of his initial ownership filing as a CFO today. The filing with security and exchange commissions revealed his 302,888 options which expire in 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As per today\u2019s closing rates per share $150 his stocks are estimated to worth $52 million. The options have a strike price of $79 which is estimated at $22 million by Bloomberg calculations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schwartz aged 48 was one of the three global heads of the sales division. In September, New York based firm decided that he will replace David. A. Viniar as a CFO, he was estimated to take charge in January. Mr. Viniar is the longest served CFO in the history of Wall Street and is about to take charge as a Board of director of the bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schwartz also owns 30,000 shares worth $4.5 million; these shares are associated with a trust and benefit a family member, as mentioned in his filing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The shares of Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
