FIRST ON FOX: <\/strong>The half-brother of slain 6-year-old pageant contestant<\/a> JonBen\u00e9t Ramsey on Wednesday weighed in on the Moscow Police Department’s handling of the unsolved, Nov. 13 murders of four University of Idaho college students.<\/p>\n

“Moscow PD are in a near impossible position,” Andrew Ramsey told Fox News Digital. “They simply don’t have the experience to run a complex homicide investigation.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

He added that most local agencies<\/a> can handle a typical murder when the motive is apparent, but “it’s an entirely different ballgame” if they are “dealing with a violent psychopath who has no known relationship with the victim.”<\/p>\n

BPD recently said it will consult the Colorado Cold Case Review Team in sometime in 2023.<\/p>\n

I pray for the families in Moscow they don’t find themselves in a similar situation,” he said.<\/p>\n

The Moscow Police Department almost immediately enlisted the help of the Idaho State Police and the FBI after Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin were stabbed to death while sleeping in their rental home near the University of Idaho campus.\u00a0<\/p>\n
