Recently, the company had entered into definitive securities purchase agreements with institutional investors to sell 1.28 million shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 1.28 million shares, in combinations of one share (or one pre-funded warrant) and one warrant for a combined purchase price of $3.52.<\/p>\n<p>Future Fintech Group Inc (NASDAQ:FTFT) is up 22% and currently trading at $1.50. The announced today that the Company has established a new blockchain division that will manage its existing blockchain sector business which will include the further formulation and execution of its strategic growth plan.<\/p>\n<p>Reliance Global Group Inc (NASDAQ:RELI) is another stock that is garnering attention from Wall Street. RELI is currently trading at $7.18+0.93 (+14.91%). A week ago, the company announced a private placement of preferred stock, common stock and warrants for gross proceeds of $20.0 million before deducting the placement agent&#8217;s fees and other estimated offering expenses.
