The company communicated to its corporate staff, insisting that every official report to the office three days a week by September. The communication was done through a memo that also spelled out the conditions for working remotely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Amazon gives out directions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Amazon remains open to remote working but settles for a minimum of two days a week for all the employees to take that path. The company seems more flexible than ever, considering the other option where employees could work remotely for about four weeks in a year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The major retailer seems to have a lot of internal issues. The company&#8217;s move to ask its employees to walk back into its buildings is causing much speculation among the concerned parties. According to analysts, the shift from homework to the company&#8217;s premises could be causing some infrastructural challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Inconveniences resulting from the move<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This company\u2019s challenges could probably be causing some inconveniences to people. For instance, one\u2019s emails could be kicked back or even not getting the required responses. Analysts believe that any odd issues could be resulting from the rough patch the company is going through.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new shift isn&#8217;t easy considering many employees are moving from their home working space to the offices. The disturbances in service delivery seem inevitable, and it now becomes more apparent that the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic frustrated the company significantly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lot of people continue experiencing problems they can\u2019t figure out.
