Human capital management company ADP\u00ae is enhancing its integration with online employment marketplace, ZipRecruiter\u00ae. This comes due to the need for business to get the right talents affordably to help them grow, adapt and recover.<\/p>\n

ADP integrates ZipRecruiter in its Workforce Now\u00ae Recruitment module <\/strong><\/p>\n

ADP becomes the first HCM solutions provider that has availed ZipRecruiter to consumers through the ADP Workforce Now\u00ae Recruitment<\/a> module. With the integration of ZipRecruiter in the ADP platform, clients can now access qualified candidates and intelligent tools that can help in the identification of the best candidates.<\/p>\n

Laura Brown, major accounts services and ADP Canada’s president, said that they are delighted to extend their partnership with ZipRecruiter. Laura added that in recent years the company had helped several clients in finding and hiring the right candidates. Most importantly, the integration will offer a strong return on investment for customers which continues to lift ADP above rivals via unmatched intelligence tech and unmatched data.<\/p>\n

ZipRecruiter offering recruitment tools <\/strong><\/p>\n

This integration is also supplemented by the ADP\u00ae DataCloud-powered recruitment capabilities embedded to the platform. The analytics and the benchmarking platform offers customers business insights and in-depth workforce to support critical HR decisions. With embedded intelligence capabilities, clients will minimize rime to fill and improve conversion rate. One of the new intelligence recruitment features is Profile Relevancy which is a tool that helps in scoring, assessing and match candidates best suited for the role. The ML model has trained on over 30 million and more than 5 million job postings to evaluate experience, skills and education fit in different applications to identify the best candidates.<\/p>\n
