The company intends to become part of the life of everyone with innovative products that feature inbuilt privacy.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Google executives tout ambient computing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Google executives promote the buzzword &#8216;ambient computing&#8217; at an annual hardware event held on Tuesday. The company earns a significant share of its revenues from advertising online. It generates over $100 billion annually through targeted ads. Why does it need to focus on low margin hardware? Its hardware strategy surprises everyone.<\/p>\n<p>According to Google, the users should access services while on the move, at home or work. Head (hardware) at Google, Rick Osterloh said the company intends that the users should enjoy a consistent experience from anywhere with the idea of ambient computing. To realize this goal, the company needs to introduce the services on its hardware. Therefore, Google turns its focus on hardware.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Google introduces innovative devices<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Google has introduced several devices, including Nest Mini, Pixel Buds, and Pixel 4 phones. The company also launched an updated mesh WiFi system, which ensures the availability of WiFi to your entire home using multiple devices. With the launch of several new devices, Google intends to make its software part of your daily life.<\/p>\n<p>Pixel buds of Google are designed with adaptive sound technology. They will automatically adjust the volume to your environment. The smart circular earbuds are priced at $179. Google has launched Pixel Book Go with features like 13.3 inches touch screen, a bigger battery that works up to 12 hours on a single charge for 20 minutes, powerful processors to complete all the day work in a shorter span of time, matte finish, and backlit keys to type easily. It is priced at $649 and upwards.<\/p>\n<p>Google is taking a measured approach when compared to Amazon, which throws into everything. Amazon launched Alexa products including, ring, glasses, and high-end speakers in September 2019.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Privacy issues remain<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Google bears the brunt of privacy issues. During the evaluation of speech recognition of Google Assistant in summer, contractors accessed the private conversations of the users.
