A police report on the Skycoin robbery saga revealed that Skycoin co-founder, Mr. Synth, and his girlfriend were attacked and robbed of all their earnings. The story, which at first seemed like a scam fiction continues to hit the headlines with the recent report, which was revealed by Reddit. Most people say the events followed each other like an organized film script especially the alleged kidnapping and embezzlement of Skycoins’ investment base. The incident has sparked a lot of suspicion from the cryptocurrency community while the rest of Skycoin team members lay out their frustration claiming they were subjected to robbery.<\/p>\n
The robbery report<\/strong><\/p>\n The police report says that Synth’s girlfriend was assaulted by her work partner and forced to hand over her Bitcoin earnings. The report goes on to explain how the rest of the co-founders, Sun Fei, Li min, Yang Xiang Dou and a few others were not distributing money appropriately in line with the company’s policy. The above individuals, according to the report, went to Synth’s residence on July 12, 2018, and threatened Synth and his girlfriend to hand over Bitcoin. The individuals attacked the dual resulting in two sustained injuries.<\/p>\n According to Skycoin response, the founder and his girlfriend were beaten up, and about 18.8 BTC and 6,466 SKY got stolen.
