Yesterday, Bragar Eagel &amp; Squire, P.C announced that it is investigating potential claims on behalf of DST Systems, Inc. (NYSE: DST) stockholders concerning the proposed acquisition of the company by SS&amp;C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SSNC). To add fuel to the fire,\u00a0Former United States Securities and Exchange Commission attorney Willie Briscoe is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of DST Systems, Inc. (&#8220;DST&#8221;) (NYSE: DST) concerning the merger with SS&amp;C Technologies Holdings, Inc.
