The Chairman and CEO of Digital Arts Media Network, Ajene Watson opined, \u201cWhile battle testing Angels+, we were challenged to develop a new program to address various other liquidity needs of the angel and early-stage investors. We created the Exchange Direct program as a segue to introducing Angels+ to more startups.\u201d<\/p>\n
Watson proceeded to say that they are currently in negotiations with various angel investors and that they hope to close all the initial Exchange Direct transactions within a short period of time. Closing these Exchange Direct transactions will increase equity on the provider’s balance sheet and startup portfolio.<\/p>\n
