However, it is not going to be easy as the previous attempts had met with failure. Such a turn of events is very much expected on the OTC marketplace. It is natural for a stock with poor fundamentals to plunge every now and then.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The buzz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After all, at the end of 1Q2015, some toxic financiers purchased 100 thousand shares of FORCE PROTN priced at $0.50 a pop, and then additional 500 thousand priced at $0.10 per share. In last two months, the company released additional $159,000 worth of convertible notes that can be converted into shares of FPVD common stock at a discount of as much as 40% to the existing market price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0The performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition to the stock dilution, the investors should not forget to consider the financial performance of the company before making the final choice. The numbers in its last financial report are nothing more than depressing at best. As per the latest report, FORCE PROTN VIDEO (OTCMKTS:FPVD) reported cash of $3,000, current assets of $57,000 and current liabilities of $22,000.
