Along with the indicators, there is a need of substantial human judgment to gauge the industry trend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The affordability metrics presented by the industry can suggest when home prices are high as compared to household income and to historical norms, but these factors cannot reliably forecast when or if house prices in a certain market or the country as a whole will decline.
