The stocks of the world&#8217;s biggest supplier of the steel-making firm went up for the first time this week. The company\u2019s CEO, Murilo Ferreirahad claimed that the raw material would most likely be in short supply within the second half of 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">China had recently intensified its imports for the product while production was low. Since April&#8217;s low, the iron has swelled by 39% with anticipation for demand to go up again. Further speculation over the price has been influenced by the closure of high-cost mines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raw material companies in Brazil had lost some value in the past year in anticipation that demand from the biggest metal consumers would be low. China was also facing an economy slow that saw demand for oil and metals fall. The country has been one of the major players or the commodity prices. According to Octavio Vieira, iron ore is recovering and is headed towards stable values, and that will be good for Vale. Ibovespa still features commodities as determinants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ibovespa went up by 2% to 53,876.45 in the second day before closing in Sao Paulo. Vale SA (ADR)(NYSE:VALE) upped by 4.8% while Braskem SA increased by 2.7%. According to Ferreira, a few Chinese producers have already exited the business. He was speaking at a conference in Rio de Janeiro where he said that China\u2019s steel industry will be better in the second half compared to the first half.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Ibovespa also received some support from banks. According to Ferreira, the Brazilian stock may tank if the country\u2019s economy continues to deteriorate. Brazil is also facing an incoming recession that analyst suggests might be the worst in 25 years.
