It is a tuned up version of the cloud and has also been described it as the next generation cloud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Cloud technology has continued to grow and become a sensational technology for many businesses. More people continue to be captivated by the concept behind it as well as the possibilities that come with it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Online societies have been using the cloud as a platform to link partners and employees as well as giving customer service a push. This is the exact strategy that Salesforce incorporates in its daily business. The company has introduced a new generation cloud service that incorporates some new features. Some of these new additions include the ability to target recommendations, linking with Google drive, and a reviewed community builder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although these additions are not revolutionary, they are important tools for the company to maintain a present online community environment. According to the company\u2019s marketing senior vice president, Mike Stone, Salesforce achieved the feat by bringing together a cluster of records with an elaborate task system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To put it into simpler terms, it involves bringing together the ability to access files and work beyond just having social chats. Along with the new additions, Salesforce will incorporate a form of social intelligence which will make the whole experience more realistic and user-friendly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aim is to bring together the resources to create a smart social system that will provide the best user experience. For example a person who needs a particular service can get direct suggestions from individuals who deal with a similar line of products or service. Additionally the network can provide suggestions where one can access the particular product or service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As further efforts to allow users to harness cloud technology, salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE:CRM) has integratedit\u2019s community network with Google drive.
