As per the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2015\/05\/06\/sony-powers-season-two\/?ncid=txtlnkusaolp00000589\">reports<\/a>, the company recently announced that it would bring back Powers for the second season.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What Next:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sony is a leading entertainment platform, which is why it&#8217;s very difficult for the company to ignore Powers&#8217; comeback. In an official statement, Sony stated that the future of original programming of Play station heavily depends on the success of Powers in the near future. Unless Powers draws customers&#8217; attention, the Play Station won&#8217;t be able to attract gamers. Powers is based on the Brian Michael Bendis&#8217; comic book stories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As soon as Sony premiered this TV series for the first time in March, it became a hit for all the audience and traveled swiftly to the top of PlayStation Network&#8217;s charts. The first season got high ranking by almost all the rating agencies. As soon as it came to an end, viewers became furious to know about the next season. For a short time, there were rumors that Sony wouldn&#8217;t come back with another season. Due to this, Sony had to come forward and announce its plans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sony has clarified that it will start telecasting the second season in U.S. in the next year. However, it didn&#8217;t give any specific time frame about the start of Powers. The entire senior management of the company is delighted to announce this news and looks forward to debuting it in the country soon. According to Jamie Erlicht, President of Programming &amp; Development, Sony Pictures Television, the new season will introduce a lot of fan-favorite characters and entertain users in the best way.
