Hence, the investment and revolutionary steps for betterment in Tanzania are focused, targeting the rural classes. The operator is hopeful of augmenting the holistic subscriber base pertaining to mobile money service offered. The service is dubbed as M-Pesa and the company hopes to better its portfolio in luring customers to M-Pesa by 25%, till the end of 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despite Mutagahywa claiming outright, Vodacom Tanzania is not launching 4G services anytime soon. Rollout shall emerge and commence, only when the company acquires spectrum. The company is working towards modernization of the inherent transport and core network, working towards preparation of LTE services for full time spectrum availability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Focus On Rural Coverage <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There is a number of reports shared previously. It is evident that the focus on spending $100 million as investment is an updated figure from $79.7 million reported in February 2015. Vodafone Group Plc (ADR) (NASDAQ:VOD) had robust plans to duly upgrade 2G or 3G networks with key focus on expanding and bettering rural coverage.
