The company made then moves as a competitive strategy for the acquisition of Omni-channel software. The rivals in the competition are and <strong>Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL)<\/strong> and <strong>SAP SE (ADR) (NYSE:SAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NetSuite CEO, Zack Nelson spoke at a staff meeting in North Carolina where he commented on the company\u2019s new acquisition. He also hinted that there was an important agenda for the company\u2019s new acquisition. The competing companies are relatively larger than NetSuite. The company hopes that the acquisition of Bronto will put the company in a good negotiating position.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company might not make headlines as big as those made by big companies, but it is a $ billion company that has big aspirations. It has experienced continued growth within the past few years with a 30% growth increase within two years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NetSuite plans on utilizing Bronto&#8217;s marketing platforms to boost product performance. Additionally Bronto&#8217;s knowledge and specialization in e-commerce will be instrumental for NetSuite to maintain its competitive edge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The acquisition of Bronto will also be important for the company\u2019s objective to transform its business software into an Omni-channel answer for trade. The Omni-channel solution will be advantageous for both online and geographical stores. Nelson compared this desire to deliver on both platforms to the duo market experience provided by <strong>Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NetSuite is now tasked with the challenge of proving that it will incorporate Bronto into its operations without necessarily complicating the overall user experience. Nelson reported that the company is hopeful about the integration with Bronto and plans on sharing important information with the clients. NetSuite still has a long way to go in terms of capacity and status compared to the likes of SAP.
