Since its separation with General Electric and the initiation of its IPO, its shares went up by 33%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Synchrony Financial has a very solid foundation with GE. Their roots go back about 80 years ago. The company became established as a solid credit lending company in the great depression.Over the years, the company\u2019s reliability has pushed it to grow into one of the best private credit card label provider.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company\u2019s current solo venture is a partnership with a music GuitarCenter. Margaret Keane is Synchology&#8217;s current CEO. She is tasked with the burden of pushing the company to its independent status. Though the task seems to be picking up the pace, the company still has a long way to go. There are many competitors out there, and Keane has to employ creative strategies if she wants her company to survive. In recent announcements, Kean relayed the company&#8217;s plan to cut the remaining strings linking the company to General Electric.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Major advances are taking place in the technological front. Synchology has plans to take advantage of this technological growth by making new ties in the mobile technology fiend. The company recently entered into a partnership with Samsung Pay. The latter is a mobile payment service designed to compete with the growing Apple pay service from the huge mobile tech company,<strong> Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). <\/strong>Synchology plans to make the most of the advantages brought about by such technology, to improve its reach and achieve high profits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company is still waiting on the approval of the Federal Reserve Board to operate as an independent entity. The board is still evaluating Synchology\u2019s capacity for independence. It still has to carry out infrastructure review, following the submission of the application form. So far, the company has shown great drive for independence.
