(NASDAQ:AAPL)\u2019s Siri, this time around alleging that the service has only become bigger just like iPhone 6 without the addition of new exciting features. Microsoft maintains that if a personal assistant is not able to tell someone what to do and when to do it then she is of no use, a swipe directed towards Apple\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnet.com\/news\/in-new-ad-microsoft-insists-siri-is-incompetent\/\" target=\"_blank\">Siri<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Battle of Efficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a video ad, Microsoft compares Cortana unique features with rhetorical questions on Siri whose outright answer is a mere big. Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) argues that an efficient personal assistant is one that can answer all questions. Cortana argues that if an assistant can\u2019t give reminders based on calls or texts, then it is of no use to be called assistant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has in the recent past forged in its bid of embracing other hardware\u2019s as it seeks to increase its market share across various platforms and devices. The company has already featured an iPad on its Sway app. A few days back, the company posted an ad on its Facebook Inc. (NASDAQ:FB) page, an image and a link to a video, which featured MacBook\u2019s using Skype although it vehemently denied that it was an ad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Improvements on Cortana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) believes Cortana is the smarter of the two contrary to Apple\u2019s belief that Siri is the better of the two. The company\u2019s advertising team has already created a new ad that shows Nokia Lumia 830 running on Cortana doing things that Siri can\u2019t do on Siri. Cortana remains the better of the two according to the ad as it can notify users the need to leave early based on traffic updates on the roads.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A number of people argue that Cortana is improving way faster than Apple\u2019s Siri although it still faces stiff competition from Google Now.
