The expansion has become warranted after demand for its Rice bran based nutricosmetics products has picked up steam, resulting in the need to increase its production capacity. \u00a0In the month of September, the firm had reported that it had developed a new line of cosmetic and nutritional products based on its speciality rice bran raw material. The plan to expand its existing manufacturing set up is set to begin in November of 2014 and is slated to finish by July of 2015.<\/p>\n<p>UQM Technologies Inc. (NYSEMKT:UQM) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20141014005260\/en\/UQM-Technologies-ReGen-Nautic-USA-Waves-Marine#.VD5IlqhlG_Q\">announced<\/a> on 14th October that it\u2019s flat ship electric motor called the \u201c UQM PowerPhase\u00ae 100kW\u201d and controller system had been used to power the \u00a0Abel Yachts LightWave Ampere yacht on September 23, 2014. The new engine was tested out during the recently concluded \u201cUnlimited Electric Runabout\u201d tournament. The event involves the yacht being sailed at an average speed of 32.9 knots per hour, while two passengers are on board. The speed should be maintained over a distance of one mile. The Yacht was measured at 1020 kgs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust Inc (NASDAQ:WHLR<\/strong>) <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.finance.yahoo.com\/news\/wheeler-real-estate-investment-trust-123000878.html\">announced<\/a> on 14th October that it had signed off on a agreement which commits it to acquire a booming retail centre spread across 107,122 square foot for a purported $9.75 million. This translates into selling price of $91.02 per square foot of the commercial space called Crockett Square.
