It indicated that the AAIH would be displayed at the Association of the U.S. Army or AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition held in Washington between October 13 and 15.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elbit Systems Ltd (NASDAQ:ESLT) President and CEO, Raanan Horowitz, said that it has designed the helmet modifications of the AAIH specifically to enhance the safety features besides adding greater ease for the Army Aviator. He said that the integrated helmet was an important component of the AH-64E helicopter\u2019s IHADSS-21 system providing outstanding situational awareness apart from targeting information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Veterans Find New Future<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Separately, Rockwell Collins and <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/rockwell-collins-elbit-systems-america-091300061.html\" target=\"_blank\">Elbit Systems<\/a> unveiled a fresh, improved night vision solution for fixed wing aircraft. The company disclosed that the Digital Eye Piece or DEP Night Vision Cueing Display or NICD was fully eligible and available to all fielded JHMCS helmet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company stated that a fresh and reasonably priced solution provided pilots to fly and also train during the night just as they do in the day with JHMCS. The company indicated that the effortless integration capability merges the latency of near zero tracking of JHMCS to a modern piece of digital eye for a simple but very efficiently designed plug-in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Management Comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rockwell Collins VP and General Manager of Airborne Solutions, Troy Brunk, said that providing this important capability would allow pilots with a higher capacity to perform night-time missions successfully.
