(NYSE:BNNY) announced on 8th October that it had <a href=\"http:\/\/news.gnom.es\/pr\/annies-enters-grass-fed-category-debuts-new-line-of-macaroni-cheese\">entered<\/a> into a new line of business by offering \u201cOrganic Grass Fed Macaroni &amp; Cheese\u201d to loyal customer base. The firm claims that the newly introduced \u201cOrganic Grass Fed Macaroni &amp; Cheese\u201d is laboratory certified as being organic in property. They explain that the cheese being marketed under the organic category has been made by using milk which is procured from cows being reared humanely. Annie\u2019s, Inc. (NYSE:BNNY) goes on to assert that the cows are being bred with year round access to grazing pastures. Hence the company avers that consumers would not feel guilty about having consumed cheese from cow milk procured from ill treated cows.<\/p>\n<p>Technology development firm Ubiquity, Inc. (OTCBB:UBIQ) which owns a huge library of portfolios related to a wide expanse of technology platform and market verticals made an announcement related to previously announced registration rights agreement. 8th October announcement spells out that nearly 87 percent of the stock issued by the firm as \u201crestricted common stock\u201d have subscribed to the \u201cregistration rights agreement\u201d. The agreement is between Ubiquity, Inc. (OTCBB:UBIQ) and the restricted stockholders. The agreement is linked to the \u201cfirm commitment underwritten offering\u201d being made by the firm in order to generate $40 million funds from the market. The press release further noted that the offer to enlist into the agreement would expire on 31st October.<\/p>\n<p>Cyber security technology provider FireEye, Inc. (NASDAQ:FEYE) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fireeye.com\/news-events\/press-releases\/read\/fireeye-offers-new-mandiant-consulting-services-to-address-evolving-motives-and-tactics-of-advanced-threat-actors\">announced<\/a> on 8th October that it is setting up two new security consulting services which would reach out to enterprises and offer help in strengthen their internal online fraud detection capabilities. The consulting arms would also help firms identify online fraud vulnerabilities that exist in the firm\u2019s current IT infrastructure.
