(NASDAQ:SCOK)<\/strong> has issued various financing and construction updates of underground syngas project. SCOK is a well-acclaimed emerging producer and marketer of world-class clean energy products. Today it announced development in the construction and financing of its underground facility. The main objective of SCOK behind development of this new underground facility is nothing but production of top-notched clean-burning syngas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Insights of the project: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Initially, SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chem Ind, Inc. (NASDAQ:SCOK) announced that it would start the first phase of the project in the month of October. If everything goes fine, then the project would get finished by March, 2015. As per the information revealed by the company, this facility would be capable of producing 60,000 cubic meters of syngas per hour. SOCK will employ carbon capture and storage and patented underground coal gasification near this facility. Both of these processes will be jointly owned by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Institute of Process Engineering. Both of them granted commercialization rights to SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chem Ind, Inc. (NASDAQ:SCOK) on September 9, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experts have a different set of opinions about this project. For example, Dr. Wenjun Li of the North China Institute of Science and Technology will bring great benefits to China in the near future. According to him, it would be the first to deploy CCS and UCG technologies together in a commercial venture the country. Dr. Li is one of those rare personalities who have spent more than a decade deep down in mines for testing and developing these processes. He has many patents under his name. According to him, combination of both these world class processes will be a major environmental and scientific achievement. During the UCG phase, wells will be drilled into the coal seam of mine.
