(USA) (NYSE:CAE)<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/news\/newsfeeds\/articles\/marketwire\/1149778.htm\">announced<\/a> on 7th October that it is entering into a joint venture agreement with Japanese airline giant JAPAN AIRLINES CP (OTCMKTS: JALFQ). The tie up will formalize an arrangement which will see the flight crew of the Regional airline being trading on the simulation set up provided by CAE, Inc. (USA) (NYSE:CAE). The agreement is set to be signed on March 31, 2015 between the two firms. The trainings are set to commence in April 2015. The tie up will also include programs which will be imparted to third-party trainees. The JV will operate out of the existing training centre in Tokyo, Japan. This training centre is owned by JAPAN AIRLINES CP (OTCMKTS: JALFQ). The training will also be conducted at CAE, Inc. (USA) (NYSE:CAE) training facility in Northeast Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS) <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/hasbro-and-pez-international-strike-sweet-global-licensing-deal-for-my-little-pony-branded-pez-dispensers-and-candy-line-2014-10-07?reflink=MW_news_stmp\">announced<\/a> yesterday that it has entered into a licensing agreement with PEZ International. The tie up will involve co-development of a new line of children dispensers called \u201cMY LITTLE PONY\u201d. The joint development efforts will also include \u201cPEZ dextrose fizzy candy, and fizzy rolls\u201d the company statement released yesterday noted. The newly developed products would be available commercially in the first quarter of next year. The products are likely to hit the markets of Germany, France and Austria first. The products would be released in the other geographies later, the two companies have indicated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clinical systems and healthcare solutions provider <strong>Merge Healthcare Incorporated (NASDAQ:MRGE),<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/news\/newsfeeds\/articles\/globenewswire\/10101476.htm\">announced<\/a> that it is launching a new electronic referral system and a corresponding online order management system. These additions would help augment its flag ship iConnect\u00ae Network.
