They can get higher control on the FullE-Band spectrum and can achieve high linear power with a new amplifier. It has worked on MAAP-011106 amplifier model released in March 2014. The new device delivers Psat of 24 dBm for the 81-86 GHz and 71-76 GHz frequency ranges. It is an ideal device for small cell and high capacity macro cell backhaul point-to-point radios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The features<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new MAAM-011167 device can be used in small cell and macro cell backhaul point-to-point radios. It has an integrated power detector that helps the customers to save on extra costs. Also, customer can minimize the loss associated with a detached power detector. The device supports 18 dB of small signal gain. It has got variable gain control feature for flexible performance tuning. It can be used as a driver amplifier as well as final stage power amplifier. It depends upon the users\u2019 application and power output. The devices are RF tested and fabricated using pHEMT process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Enhanced performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MACOM is known for its design expertise in MMIC. It has years of experience in designing the innovative products in wireless backhaul technology segment. The experience and expertise make it one of the major suppliers of power amplifiers in all frequency bands. The new device will make it convenient for transceiver designers to have better gain control and achieve high linear power with the full E-Band spectrum. They can enhance the performance and reduce the costs with an integrated output power detector. The new device of M\/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings (NASDAQ:MTSI) is for radio designers who can optimize the output power level as per their end application requirements.
