Frederic currently works as the Chief Commercial Officer of TAP Europe. The decision has been taken after appointment of Simon Cox as the new Chief Executive Officer of Simon Cox Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Insights of the matter: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It&#8217;s been a long time since Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE:TAP) has made so many changes in its management at one time. According to reports, Peter Swinburn, current CEO of Molson Coors Brewing Company is all set to retire at the end of the current year. As soon as he retires, Simon Cox will take over the global reins of MCBC. Ireland and UK are two key locations for TAP as business leadership teams of the company operate from these locations.
