The company\u2019s CEO Marry Barra and her team of executives came up with a strategic plan. The CEO and its executives told a recent analyst and investor\u2019s conference that their strategic plan would drive it to be called as the most valued automotive company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Product And Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CEO indicated that approximately 27% of the General Motors Company (NYSE:GM)\u2019s global sales volume would come from new or refreshed products of within one and half year period, its <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/gm-outlines-strategic-plan-143000246.html\" target=\"_blank\">statement<\/a> revealed. This would increase to 38% in 2016, as well as, 2017. Finally, it would reach 47% in the year 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) also disclosed its plan to implement the world\u2019s biggest automotive deployment of 4G LTE technology of high-speed mobile broadband. This apart, it would also be unveiling of vehicle-to-vehicle connectivity in the Cadillac CTS 2017 model. The company intends to unveil a superior automated driving technology, which was presently known as Super Cruise. Besides, a combination of aluminum and steel stampings, extrusions and castings to deliver designs, which were lightweight, were included as features. Significantly it would use 20% fewer parts and have torsional stiffness apart from exhibiting higher noise and vibration attributes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CEO Comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The comments of CEO Barra were crucial for investors as it was nine months since she took over the reigns of the company. tactical plan included a number of big initiatives, which the company expects, would allow it to achieve 9% &#8211; 10% margins on an adjusted basis of EBIT by early next
