The stock opened at today\u2019s intraday high price of $0.18, slightly below yesterday\u2019s closing price of $0.19, and closed at its intraday low price.<\/p>\n<p>SMA Alliance\u2019s stock has been dropping for over a week after peaking at a share price of $0.24 on June 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2012.Despite its recent drop, SMA Alliance has given respectable performance at over-the-counter market this year, with a total gain of 250% since the start of 2012. Shares of SMA Alliance generated most gain from May 15<sup>th<\/sup> to June 4<sup>th<\/sup> this year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/sma-alliance-signs-letter-intent-162200603.html\">SMA Alliance<\/a> is a software application company\u00a0that provides marketing and advertising solutions via Internet applications that center on lead generation.<\/p>\n<p>SMA Alliance&#8217;s client base includes retailers and manufacturers, and the company&#8217;s products help steer live buyers to clients through online product interest conversion. By using its managed system technologies, SMA Alliance\u00a0provides daily buying demand for clients through its applications and continued development of their proprietary technology systems.<\/p>\n<p>As reported yesterday, SMA Alliance, through its wholly-owned <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/sma-alliance-usautoplex-gearing-innovative-110000691.html\">subsidiary USAutoplex<\/a>, is currently developing a platform to provide subprime auto financing to USAutoplex vehicle buyers. With an eye towards the future, SMA Alliance will soon launch Autoplex Credit through USAutoplex&#8217;s exclusive agreement with Credit Union Dealer Network.<\/p>\n<p><em>Recent headlines of SMA Alliance also include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>June 7<sup>th<\/sup>, 2012: <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/sma-alliance-signs-letter-intent-162200603.html\">SMA Alliance signed letter<\/a> of intent with large automotive manufacturer for nationwide Internet marketing placement services on USAutoplex.<\/li>\n<li>June 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2012: Strategic Marketing Alliance signed a <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/sma-signs-exclusive-contract-credit-131500466.html\">renewable one-year contract<\/a> with the Credit Union Dealer Network. This contract affirms that the Credit Union Dealers Network will use SMA&#8217;s lead generation software exclusively for advertising of existing and future clients. SMA will receive a percentage of the gross profits from every sale based on leads generated from their advertising application software.
