All of its tests are based on nuclear magnetic resonance technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Insights of the deal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Both the firm have decided to enter into a definitive merger agreement.
