(ADR) (NASDAQ:JRJC)\u00a0is a leading online financing service provider in China, which is engaged in providing the country\u2019s retail investors access to stock on the Web. It helps them in gaining online access to wealth management products and commodities as well. The company announced that it seeks to report the earning for the second quarter, as well as for the initial half of 2014 on the first day of the next week. It seeks to make the announcement after trading hours on September, 29, 2014, according to a PRNewswire <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/china-finance-online-announce-second-100000943.html\" target=\"_blank\">report<\/a>. The company\u2019s financial reports will be available on its website, at the link to investors\u2019 relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">China Finance announced that it plans to hold a conference call on the day at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, which corresponds to Sept 30, 2014 8:00 p.m. by Beijing Time. (ADR) (NASDAQ:JRJC)\u00a0also made a second announcement, post which its shares surged to $8.37, by as much as 17.72%. The company announced entering into a partnership deal with Zhongshan Securities Co. Ltd. None of the two involved parties agreed to disclose the terms of the newly signed agreement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this strategic partnership contract, China Finance seeks to integrate its trading platform, Securities Master, which it had recently launched.
