(NYSE:TRW)<\/strong> has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/trw-commercial-steering-signs-long-term-agreement-with-daimler-trucks-north-america-276577341.html\" target=\"_blank\">entered<\/a> into an agreement deal with Daimler Trucks North America to supply standard steering system across the DTNA lineup. The tenure of the agreement will be seven years long. As per the T&amp;C of the agreement, TRW will supply Freightliner, Thomas Built Bus, Western Star, and Freightliner Custom Chassis brands along with linkages, pitman arms, columns, pumps and steering gears.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Management Call:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andreas Weller, General Manager and Vice President of TRW told the reporters that the entire management of\u00a0TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE:TRW) was extremely delighted to sign this deal and get access of DTNA lineup. TRW would look forward to continuing its relationship with Daimler in future as well. He said that TRW had been giving engineering expertise and supplying steering systems to DTNA for many years. The deal has strengthened the relationship of both the companies, for which both the companies are extremely pleased.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. (NYSE:TRW)\u00a0is the only company in entire North America that supplies steering systems; hence, it can take care of the complete portfolio of DTNA is coming months. The management of TRW thinks that TRW&#8217;s locations in North America and Mexico are ideally suitable to serve DTNA. TRW has over 100 years of experience in manufacturing commercial vehicle systems in North America, which makes it a perfect match for supplying steering system to DTNA. The management of DTNA was equally pleased with the deal, although no one from the management of DTNA was available to answer reporters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TRW reported $17.4 billion sales in 2013, which placed it among the top notched automotive suppliers of the world.\u00a0TRW Automotive Holdings Corp.
