These six amplifiers can be used to fulfill all the requirements of new and fresh data over the cable service interface specification (DOCSIS) 3.1. As per the information given by the management of the company, a complete portfolio would be displayed at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo, which is to be organized in Denver from September 22-25. RFMD would have various industry leading CATV components of top notched quality for customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What is DOCSIS 3.1 family of RFMD:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DOCSIS 3.1 family of RFMD includes both hybrid and multi-chip module amplifiers with 1.2GHz power. They are capable of using GaN HEMT process technology, which is hardly seen in amplifiers of other companies. These amplifiers can provide robust reliability, excellent output power and optimal linearity. RFMD keeps changing its portfolio from time to time in order to offer the latest features. The recent addition of product portfolio of\u00a0RF Micro Devices, Inc.
