What actually is important here is the fact that despite being successful for their fancy designs and chic styling, Apple hasn\u2019t had a great <a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessweek.com\/articles\/2014-09-19\/why-apples-new-phones-wont-change-the-world-but-nokias-will?campaign_id=yhoo\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>impact on the world<\/strong><\/a>. <strong>Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK)<\/strong> has managed to be that brand for the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The World Bank Report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As per the latest data of the recent data of the World Bank, there has been an increase of 65 subscribers per 100 people, in terms of mobile phones. In 1998, this number was just 1 subscriber per 100 people. This depicts the level of poverty that exists in a few countries of the globe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But with the huge expansion of the telecom industry across the world, a direct and dramatic impact was seen on some of the indicators of macro-economics. In poorer countries, it is not the latest technology, fancy designs and elegant styling of Apple that has had any effect, but cheap and easily-affordable mobile phones of Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) that has really had an impact on the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Apple and Nokia: A Comparison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, the point here is that, Apple Inc.
