The announcement was made by the Ada Investment recently that XL, a global market leader in re-insurance and insurance leader had acquired its minority stake. Ada Investments is a newly founded research firm, which offers various equities-based investment programs to individuals and institutional investors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Importance of this deal for Ada Investment: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After this investment, XL Group plc (NYSE:XL) has committed a sizable capital investment in Ada Investment&#8217;s global equity neutral strategy. With the help of this strategy, Ada Investment looks forward to enhance the client portfolio by introducing differentiated returns strategy. The best part about it is that it has low correlations to major fund managers and market indices. In such situation, individual stocks hardly get affected by industry movements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Background of Ada Investment: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ada Investment was founded by Wharton School of Business professor Dr. Vinay Nair. He was helped by a group of seasoned investment professionals in creating a base for the company. The company works on a different model which is inspired by original academic investigations of Dr. Nair.
