Impulse shopping is the answer. <strong>Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR)<\/strong> recently announced that a new \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/business\/technology\/la-fi-tn-twitter-rolling-out-buy-button-20140908-htmlstory.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>buy button<\/strong><\/a>\u201d will be experimented on the tweets to make impulse shopping better and easier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Shopping from mobiles easier <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Twitter has its plans in the pipeline and it believes to soon, unveil a product, which will enable users to enjoy easy online purchasing. In Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR)\u2019s blog post, Twitter said that this was just a baby step to imbibe functionality into Twitter so as to make shopping through mobiles, easier and convenient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In fact, for this purpose, Twitter has also allied with Stripe Inc., a payment company, so as to enable purchases through credit card within a few clicks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Twitter\u2019s Alliance with E-Commerce <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It must be noted that earlier too, Twitter dip into the e-commerce experiment. In May 2014,\u00a0Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) formed an alliance with <strong>Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN)<\/strong> which allowed users to add products directly to shopping carts via tweets. For this purpose, all a user had to do was, write # AmazonCart in response to tweets where they saw links of Amazon products from the retailer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E-commerce has been the subject of interest for almost all social media websites, including <strong>Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)<\/strong>. In 2012 in fact, Facebook had also enabled exchanging gifts with friends with e-commerce feature, but this was discontinued later. Now, Facebook is also experimenting with \u201cbuy button\u201d in advertisements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>No Easy Revenue for Twitter through Buy Button <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, <em>Ken Wisnefski<\/em>, an e-commerce expert believes that addition of this \u201cbuy button\u201d looks a very desperate attempt.
