It has promoted Haiyun Charlie Cao, on the profile of Chief Financial Officer whereas, Longgen Zhang will be new Financial Advisor to the company. Charlie Cao was serving on the profile of Financial Controller with the company. Longgen Zhang will continue to be a member of JinkoSolar\u2019s Board of Directors. The appointments got effective on September 5, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Cao served as Financial Controller with JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS) since February 2012. Prior to that, he has served as Senior Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers from year 2002 to 2012. He has got vast experience, expertise and knowledge in the accounting field. He has earned various professional accounting qualifications including CICPA, AICPA and CTA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He earned his management science and engineering master\u2019s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He went to Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics to complete his bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting in 1999. Also, the commitment and dedication is visible from consistent work profile Cao has with PricewaterhouseCoopers lasting for more than ten years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Financial Advisor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kangping Chen, the CEO of JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS), said that Longgen has remained an important part of JinkoSolar. He has significantly contributed in the development of the company in the PV industry.
