The higher production volumes and the higher number of content on models resulted in higher sales. Overall, the higher demand of vehicles is helping Strattec to improve its performance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The increase in dividend<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shareholders of Strattec will be more than happy in this quarter as\u00a0Strattec Security Corp. (NASDAQ:STRT) announced a quarterly dividend which is 9% higher than the previous regular dividend payout of $0.11 per common share. Strattec announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share which is scheduled for September 26, 2014. All the shareholders with record date of September 12 will receive a quarterly dividend. It reflects a $0.48 annualized dividend with a yield of 0.57%.
