Thoma Bravo is a leading private equity firm which is known for strategic acquisitions in all over the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Management&#8217;s Call: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bob Paul, Chief Executive Officer of Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR), said during an interview, &#8221; We are a market leader in the areas like mainframe productivity tools and application performance. This transaction will help us to take more initiatives to strengthen our market position.&#8221; CPWR has done quite well over the past few months in terms of divested non-core operations, IPO of Covisint, reduced corporate expenses and excellent dividend.
