The charging points would be built at China Unicom outlets. This apart, the two companies have also agreed to establish 20 supercharging stations, which would work 16 times faster the normal one.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As per the agreement struck between the two companies, Tesla would take care of offering the devices for establishing charging stations. China Unicom, on the other hand, would provide the land. However, the companies have refused to disclose the cost involved in establishing these charge points.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tesla spokesperson, Peggy Yang, said that its customers would not be charged at these charging stations and that it would be free of cost for them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Others In The Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA)\u00a0would join the ranks of German-based Bayerische Motoren Werke AG in establishing public charging stations in China. The company\u2019s latest move would allow them to offer more convenience to its electric vehicle owners in China.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Chinese central government has also been reportedly pondering over a $16 billion or 100 billion Yuan to help establish charging facilities.
