The duration of this term loan is five years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What&#8217;s The Need of $700 Million: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The proceedings of this term loan will be used for the expansion of the company. Marathon Petroleum Corp (NYSE:MPC) will utilize this money to finance its Speedway LLC\u2019s purchase of retail, its affiliate and transport operations of Hess Corporation; an integrated energy firm. As per the reports, MPC is the fourth largest domestic transporter, refiner and marketer of various petroleum products. It provides services all across the country.
