(NASDAQ:TSLA)<\/strong> has decided to build a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zacks.com\/stock\/news\/144986\/tesla-constructing-supercharger-station-along-i-80-in-nevada\">supercharger station<\/a> in the Sierra Nevada, north of Lake Tahoe with the help of Interstate 80. As per the information made public by the company, all the minimum requirements have been fulfilled. The company has got the permission to start the construction after making necessary payments. Apart from this, around six charging stations with the label of TSLA and a few construction equipments have been delivered to the site in Truckee, CA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Road Ahead: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the basis of various reports published in the media, Truckee Donner Public Utility District will give the requisite electricity to the station. The superchargers of Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) have provided free of cost charging to Model S owners. These superchargers are good enough to charge stations way faster than the normal charges. These superchargers can restore as much as 50% battery charge in just twenty minutes and full charge in about seventy-five minutes. If compared with the normal chargers, these superchargers are very efficient as the normal chargers take close to nine hours to charge a battery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TSLA is trying to grow its supercharger network with significant speed. Right now it has around 108 in North America and close to 178 Superchargers globally which make it one of the best companies in this field. The current location of supercharger station in Truckee is close to the place where Tesla Motors Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA) broke ground in order to start the potential construction of the Gigafactory in the month of June. Although the final site for this station has not yet been finalized, but TSLA has decided to hold an eye-popping ceremony for the factory to avoid any risk of delay.
