According to reports, the lawsuit has been filed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.business-standard.com\/content\/b2b-chemicals\/sunedison-sued-by-dupont-for-patent-infringement-114082200706_1.html\">US District Court<\/a> for the District of Delaware.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Why DuPont Decides Suddenly To File Lawsuit Against SUNE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As per the rumors that are spread in the market, Sunedison Inc (NYSE:SUNE)\u00a0has infringed the patented tellurium paste technology of DuPont by sourcing and using solar modules and photovoltaic cells. These cells contained Samsung SDI Co Ltd front side metallization paste. The reports filed by DuPont also revealed that Neo Solar Power that is located in Taiwan\u00a0 manufactured these cells while the Flextronics was the contract manufacturer for the SUNE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When reporters tried to get in touch with Peter Brenner, global photovoltaic business marketing manager, DuPont Electronics &amp; Communications, Microcircuit Materials, he said, &#8220;DuPont will bring in patent rights to protect its investments to improve solar energy efficiency.&#8221; The step taken by SUNE is not appreciable in today&#8217;s time when the role of module makers and installers has become very important and crucial. All the companies who work as installers and module makers should ensure that the products or services they use don&#8217;t infringe pastes or cells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to one of the spokespersons of DuPont, the tellurium technology is available only for the usage of company.
