The case remains at halt in the European Court of Justice. The law student is claiming damages worth 500 euros equivalent to $663 per user from the company, which is listed at the NASDAQ stock exchange. At present, Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) has 1.32 billion active users and the overall value of this social network is $195 billion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Facebook Ireland Ordered By Court To Respond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this regard, Max Schrems said that the regional court in Vienna ordered Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) Ireland to come out with reasonable reaction to his claims within just 4 weeks time. Max Schrems has also alleged that the company assisted U.S. National Security Agency in fetching personal information and data of various Facebook users.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In response to the allegations, Facebook Ireland, responsible for running the international activities of Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB), did not respond anything.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Surging List Of Plaintiffs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schrems closed his list of all the plaintiffs earlier in August 2014 after the number of people who joined this campaign touched 25,000. The list was closed because as per Max Schrems\u2019s legal team, every plaintiff needed to be verified and administered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A website called www.fbclaim.com was responsible for seeing class action lawsuit and since that time, another 35,000 people have registered on this website for joining the list of
