(NASDAQ:SAEX)<\/strong> Director, Pecora John, has been acquiring the company shares to increase his holding in the company. He has already been in the 10% owner category.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Buying Shares<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The SAEploration Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAEX) Director, Pecora John, had acquired 9,416 shares at the rate of $8.65 a share for $81,448 on August 19, according to a filing with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1279095\/000114420414051818\/xslF345X03\/v387470_form-4.xml\" target=\"_blank\">Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a>. The Director had paid at least $2 more than the 52-week low price of $6.60. However, the price represented about 15% discount to the yearly high price of $10.2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next day also, i.e. on August 20, Pecora John had resorting to buying 68068 shares at an average cost of $8.63. The Director had to pay approximately $587.43K to acquire the shares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, on August 18, he had bought <a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q\/it?s=SAEX\" target=\"_blank\">16,394<\/a> shares at $8.61 a share for approximately $145.8K. In the current week alone, for which filings were available, the Director had acquired 93,878 shares by paying an amount of approximately $810K. Following these three transactions in August, his holding in the company increased to nearly 1.99 million shares. His holding was valued around $17.49 million based on $8.79 a share.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Previous Two Month Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company Director had also acquired shares of SAEploration Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAEX) in July through three transactions. A total 73,950 shares were purchased by him for an amount of about $611K.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, in June Pecora John had resorted to buying 83,008 shares at different prices through five transactions. The price per share varied between $7.99 and $8.4. He had paid a total amount of $672.5K to buy these shares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Last One-Year Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The insider activities in the SAEploration Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAEX) seem to be tremendous. In the last three months alone, there were ten transactions of open market purchase by the insiders, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nasdaq.com\/symbol\/saex\/insider-trades\" target=\"_blank\">Nasdaq.com data<\/a>.
