The sale move comes at a time when the shares were trading around the yearly low price.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sell Shares<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novel Century Ventures Ltd., 10% owner in ExOne Co (NASDAQ:XONE), had sold 149,410 shares on August 18 at an average cost of $27.18 realizing an amount of $4.06 million in the process, the company disclosed in a filing with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1561627\/000120919114053736\/xslF345X03\/doc4.xml\" target=\"_blank\">Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> or the SEC. It meant that the company had sold at 11.67% premium to the 52-week low price of $24.34. However, compared to the yearly high price of $72.9, it would have sold at a steep discount of 62.7%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following day too, i.e. on August 19, the company had again disposed of 100K shares in two transactions. While 99.6K shares were sold at $27.35, another transaction involved 400 shares at the rate of $28.22. In both the transactions, the company had realized $2.74 million. The comparison between the yearly low and high price remained more or less in the same region for the second transaction too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Earlier Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Novel Century Ventures had resorted to selling shares earlier this month too. The company had sold 79,307 shares on August 13 at an average price of $29.36 and another 1200 shares at $30.34 realizing an amount of approximately $2.36 million, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/1561627\/000120919114052842\/xslF345X01\/doc4.xml\" target=\"_blank\">SEC document<\/a> indicated. The price realization seemed to have been better for the seller since the discount to the yearly price was 59.7%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Again on August 14, the company had off-loaded 92,374 shares at an average cost of $29.01 realizing an amount of about $2.68 million.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Total Selling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In all, Novel Century Ventures had sold 422,291 shares in the current month alone and realized an amount of $11.84 million.
