(NYSE:SD)<\/strong> has decided to make some changes in its leadership executive <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/PR-CO-20140820-907467.html\" target=\"_blank\">management team<\/a>. The idea came up after it good recommendations from various industry experts about this long awaited change.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Who&#8217;s what: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The first change has come in the form of Craig A. Johnson. He joined the company July 2007 as Vice President of Operations. After doing exceptionally well for the company, he later got promoted to Senior Vice President in operational roles in June 2011. Since then he has been working efficiently to take the company on new heights. Therefore, the management has decided to upgrade Johnson&#8217;s ranking to Executive Vice President of Operations. Before joining to SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD), he worked in Eastern Division of Samson Resources as Operations Manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other than the senior management role, Johnson also worked in various asset management and engineering roles in different Gulf Coast, Southeastern and Mid-Continent regions. He has got Bachelors of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the well known Texas A&amp;M University. When reporters asked James D. Bennett, CEO and President of SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE:SD) about the promotion of Craig A. Johnson, he said, &#8220;Johnson exemplifies the culture of Sd. Our company has always focused on innovation, investment and execution of strategies in a perfect way. It would not be possible without his exceptional leadership.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Johnson comes with huge experience in the operations, and the company seeks to utilize his experience for the development of junior people who have recently joined the company.
