According to the terms and condition of the strategic agreement, the company will hold exclusive rights in the Energy Intelligence Software platform in order to sell a white-labelled edition of WeSpire&#8217;s &#8220;employee engagement application.&#8221; It is aptly tailored for the utility customers as well as the enterprise. EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENOC), by marketing the application, will further strengthen its competency to assist businesses.
