With this consolidation, Kinder Morgan expects to form a new streamlined and consolidated company which shall help in snapping other pipeline partnerships easily.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Tax Flaws<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, the Tax Experts believe that the a few investors in master limited partnerships (MLPs) of the company shall not be as happy as others because it would result in unexpected and also huge tax bills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kinder Morgan had earlier announced that it would consolidate three of its affiliates, out of which two are organized as MLPs. The reason why these MLPs have so far managed to attract investors is because they are capable of offering a huge amount of distribution which also qualifies, in turn, for deferred taxes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>The Fertile Field and \u201cLittle Grazing\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this context, the Founder and CEO of Kinder Morgan, <i>Richard Kinder<\/i> said that energy MLPs primarily were very fertile sources of land which is why, they attracted little grazing on them.\u00a0 He also said that a few of these MLPs such as <b>Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (NYSE:KMP)<\/b>, were very valuable transactions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>What Investors Feel?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the meanwhile, investors are showing concern about how Kinder Morgan Inc (NYSE:KMI)\u00a0would enhance the payouts from partnerships.
